Chaudhury, Mr. Suman Banerjee .... for the alleged contemnors Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the order passed in WPA No. 7006 of 2020 on June 07, 2022 was not complied with by the respondents at any point of time. The same was challenged in a Special Leave Petition, which ultimately failed. Hence, it is contended that the deliberate default of the respondents in refusing to comply with the directions incorporated in the order dated June 07, 2022 amount to contempt of court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/alleged contemnors submits, on instruction, that the respondents/alleged contemnors shall comply with the directions as incorporated in the said order dated June 07, 2022. To give such

opportunity to the respondents to comply with the said order, the time for complying with the said order is extended till September 29, 2022, on which date the contempt application shall be enlisted for passing further orders.

The learned Advocate for the respondents shall indicate in writing to his counterpart appearing for the petitioners during the course of the day, if any further documents are to be deposited by the petitioners. If so intimated, the petitioners shall deposit such documents duly in accordance with law for the purpose of ensuring that the directions incorporated in the order dated June 07, 2022 is complied with.
