It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors/respondents that the order dated 15th November, 2021 passed in WPA 16070 of 2021, being the subject matter of the instant contempt application has been complied with and an affidavit of compliance in this regard affirmed by the Secretary and Executive Director, Department of Health and Family Welfare, West Bengal State Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Government of West Bengal is filed in Court today. The said affidavit of compliance is taken on record. The petitioner accepts and acknowledges the facts that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt proceeding and the same is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of recording the compliance without any further orders.
