Report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Domjur police Station dated 13.01.2023 through the office of the learned Registrar Administration ( L & OM) stating that the appellant i.e. Amarendra Nath Pan has expired on 17.05.2021 supported by a copy of the death certificate.

In the above circumstances, the instant criminal appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the instant appeal being CRA 180 of 2002 is disposed of.
