Mr. Sagar Saha, learned advocate, empanelled with the Union of India, appears for the State as per the direction of this court. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

In view of the submissions advanced by the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, since the case is at the advance stage, if no evidence is adduced by the accused after the examination under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. is over, the learned Special Court would, at the earliest, pronounce the verdict.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 852 of 2026 is disposed of.
