The petitioner's limited grievance is that, despite the petitioner having applied for a transfer of name in respect of permission to ply her vehicle on a particular route, the said application has not yet received any response from the respondentauthorities.
In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, further detailed hearing is not required.
Accordingly, WPA No.9019 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4-Regional Transport Authority, at Bankura to consider and
dispose of the petitioner's representations annexed at pages-27 and 28 (Annexures-P7 and P8 respectively) of the present writ petition at the earliest, preferably within four weeks from date and to intimate the outcome of the said consideration to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
