Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the learned advocate for the opposite parties is present. I find that the present application although was filed for transfer of the proceedings, I am of the opinion that the reasons for which other proceedings have been transferred do not exactly apply to the subject-matter of the present transfer petition which relates to an appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

It has been informed that the next date is fixed on 28th January, 2022.

The learned appellate court would, in the fitness of circumstances, take all efforts to dispose of the appeal on 28th January, 2022 or within a period of sixty days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1297 of 2021 is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
