Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the trial of the case has already been concluded and the revisional application was preferred at a stage when investigation of the case was under progress. Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 1337 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
