It appears that by an order dated 19.02.2026; learned Magistrate in the Court below issued warrant of arrest against the petitioners since they failed to appear before him.

It further appears that the learned Magistrate has fixed 11.09.2026 (appears to be wrongly typed as 11.09.2025) for execution report regarding execution of the warrant of arrest.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that both the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Magistrate.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be a stay of the warrant of arrest issued by the learned Magistrate in the Court below or a period three weeks from date. Both the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Magistrate within the aforesaid period of stay.

P a g e | 2 If the petitioners appear before the learned Magistrate in terms of this order, the learned Magistrate shall consider the application for bail in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.

If they do not appear before the learned Magistrate in terms of this order, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners shall revive and the learned Magistrate in the Court below shall take appropriate steps for execution of the warrant of arrest.

With these observations, CRR/1748/2026 is disposed of.
