1. Claim for parity with the other co-accused who was enlarged on anticipatory bail on April 18, 2024 in C.R.M(A) 1244 of 2024 and C.R.M(A) 1259 of 2024 is not being opposed on behalf of the State.

2. In such circumstances, we extend the same facility to the petitioners.

3. Under such circumstances, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week till the conclusion of the investigation.
