In view of the above submission, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of dismissal of the main writ petition, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2020 shall also stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. There will be no order as to costs.
