Affidavit-in-opposition to the writ petition filed on behalf of the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission and reply thereto filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record. In response to the notification dated February 05, 2021 issued by the commission, the petitioner applied for general transfer.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her said application has not yet been considered by the commission.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Counsel for the Commission submits that the application of the petitioner was considered but she did not turn up counseling in spite of communication, inconsequence her application was rejected, he further submits that the commission in the year 2023 has again issued notice inviting application for such general transfer.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in response to the said notice of 2023 the petitioner has once again applied for general transfer.

WPA 9022 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the commission to consider the application of the petitioner for general transfer filed in response to the said notification of 2023 in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
