In the 12th line of 7th paragraph of the judgment dated 3rd February, 2026 it was erroneously recorded as 'Therefore, the total dues payable to the deceased Bajrang Rai comes to Rs. 56,10,377/- Less total Recovery amount of Rs. 26,725.00 which comes to Rs.

55,83,652/-' instead of 'Therefore, the total dues payable to the deceased Bajrang Rai comes to Rs. 64,68,825/- Less the total Recovery amount of Rs. 26,725/- and the dues payable after such adjustment comes to Rs. 64,42,100/-.

In paragraph 12 of the impugned judgment and order is modified to the extent that further four weeks time from the date of communication of this order to be given to the

learned advocate representing the respondent/authorities.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 03.02.2026.
