No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1323 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No. 741/2023 dated 23.10.2023 under Sections 489(B)/489(C)/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Abdul Rouf @ Sk Rauf Ali ...... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta ....for the petitioner Md. Kutubuddin ....for the State Fake currency was recovered from one of the accused. Call Details Recordings suggest nexus between the petitioner and the person arrested with fake currency. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1323 of 2024 is disposed of.
