We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses as well as arrest memo show petitioners were arrested from the place where recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 20 ltrs. of codeine mixture was made. In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
