Petitioner filed this application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 praying for quashing of proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1588 of 2011 corresponding to Shakespeare Sarani Police Station Case No. 138 dated 18.5.2011 under Section 420/465/468/120B of the IPC pending before learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta, including order dated 28.5.2013 and all other subsequent orders.
Mr. Bhattacharya, Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after filing of this revisional application charge sheet has been submitted. Petitioner has not made out any ground for assailing the charge sheet. Under such circumstances, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this revisional application without deciding on its merit. Learned advocates for opposite party nos. 1 and 2 have no objection.
Considered the submissions.
The revisional application is accordingly disposed of without entering into the merits of the same.
All connected applications are also disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
