Dilip Kumar Ghatak The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 2nd Deccember, 2008 passed in WP No.28313 (W) of 2008. It appears that a Rule was issued against the alleged contemnor on 21st May, 2009. The matter appeared in the list on 30th June, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one appears in the contempt petition. No one has applied for joining in the virtual mode.

It appears that the parties are not interested to proceed further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of without any further order.

Rule stands discharged accordingly.
