On last date, the parties were directed to ensure their appearance before this Court, otherwise necessary order will be passed on the basis of the materials available on record. Accordingly, this matter has been taken up for passing order.

This revisional application has been preferred by Debabrata Bhadra for setting aside the order dated 25th November, 2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannager in connection with Bidhannager North Police Station Case No. 107 dated 15.5.2011 of the Indian Penal Code under Sections 323/341/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code, wherein the learned Magistrate was pleased to reject the prayer of the petitioner for retrieval of the law books and legal briefs belonged to the wife of the petitioner. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar rejected the petitions filed on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner on dated 19th June, 2014, dated 19th July, 2014 and dated 27th August, 2014 on the ground that the case is fixed on

13.02.2015 for consideration of charge, all the accused persons are on bail and they are appearing before the court to face the trial.

Therefore, I do not find any irregularity in the said order. In addition to that petitioner does not show any interest in this revisional application.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the instant revision along with applications are dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
