The order dated 07.12.2023 is mentioned for correction.

In the first and second line of the paragraph 4 of the first page of the said order, the expression "petitioner's medical condition"

shall stand corrected and be read as "petitioner's child medical condition".

After the last line of paragraph 4 of the first page of the said order, the following sentence shall be added:

"The West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall thereafter takes steps in accordance with law offline".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 07.12.2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
