Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case. He draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the first information report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary and to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the contents of the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 3698 of 2021 is dismissed.
