Subject to such undertaking, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima-facie involvement of the petitioner who is a mercenary and was hired to kill the victim, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
