None appears on behalf of the parties nor any accommodation is prayed for on their behalf.

The parties were also not represented on previous occasions. So, they were directed to ensure their appearance before this Court, otherwise necessary order was to be passed on basis of the materials available on record. So this matter is taken up for passing necessary order.

The revisionist challenged the order dated 15th September, 2015 by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore in connection with Police Station Case No. 98/2011 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code and prayed for setting aside of the said order. Perused the impugned order by which learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, DistrictHooghly has accepted the final report No. 50/2012 dated 31.5.2012, Rishra Police Station filed by I.O. after proper investigation.

I do not find any irregularity in the said order.

Therefore, the instant revision along with applications if any are dismissed.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
