Subject to such undertaking, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima-facie involvement of the petitioner who was in joint possession of narcotic substances above commercial quantity with co-accused and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
