The report also depicts that the police authorities are plying Mobile Police Van round the clock and till date there has been no untoward incident in the area.

Having considered that the Inspector-in-Charge of Banshihari P.S., Dakshin Dinajpur is confident regarding the law and order prevailing at the locale as complained by the petitioner, I am of the view that if any inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, she would report to the concerned police station which would extend its assistance in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9390 of 2025 is disposed of.
