The public interest litigations have been filed during the Covid-19 period to ensure providing of medical and other assistance during the period of crisis. These matters were heard from time to time and the learned Advocate General for the State apprised the Court that all the steps have been taken by the State in this regard.

Now, the Covid period is over. The issues raised in the writ petitions are no more relevant for the present case and all drastic actions have already been taken as per the Covid-19 guidelines.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions along with the connected applications are disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
