The petitioner is an employee of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation. There is a service dispute. The issue cannot be decided by the High Court at this stage as the court of first instance.

The petitioner is given liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. W.P.A. 7024 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
