Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that though the petitioner's daughter had been recovered, no steps have been taken to arrest the accused persons.

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, Md. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State, has filed a report along with the statement of the petitioner's daughter, as recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the report be kept on record. We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and since the petitioner's daughter had been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition. Needless to observe, the Investigating Officer of Duttapukuar Police Station Case No.644/2020 dated 5th September, 2020 shall conduct investigation in a fair and impartial manner and complete such investigation as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observations, the present writ petition, being WPA (H) No.41 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
