The instant writ petition was listed on 11th April, 2012 when the learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that service of notice upon the respondents was not complete. The petitioners were directed to come ready after service being effected upon the respondents. Since then the petitioners do not take any step. It appears from the conduct of the petitioners that they are not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
