(Through Video Conference) Mr. Biswapriya Samanta ....for the petitioner Mr. Ashim Kr. Ganguly, Ms. Ananya Neogi ...for the State Despite service of notice, the respondentbank is not represented. Mr. Samanta, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file hard copy of the original affidavit of service in course of the day. The petitioner prays for the copies of loan documents that he has executed with the Union Bank of India (now known as Punjab National Bank), for cash credit loans. He has made representation on February 17, 2021 that has not been considered by the Punjab National Bank.

In that view of the matter, the Managerin-Charge of the Kolkata region of the Punjab National Bank and/or the Senior Manager, Joykrishna Bazar Branch, Punjab National

Bank (UBI), Tarakeshwar Bus Terminus Building, shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass a reasoned order within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that apart from the above, this Court has not decided any matter relating to the claims of the petitioner against the bank or vice-versa.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
