The petitioner was granted bail by a Coordinate Bench on April 16, 2024, in CRM (DB) 1142 of 2024. Two of the conditions of bail were that he shall remain within the district of Bankura and report to the Officer in charge of Bankura Cyber Crime Police Station once in a week until further orders.

This application has been filed praying for relaxation of the aforesaid two conditions. The petitioner says that he has been scrupulously adhering to those conditions. 3.

The State files a report. We find nothing adverse in the report insofar as the petitioner is concerned. It appears Signed By :

that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail.

Accordingly, we are inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer. The restriction regarding his movement outside the district of Bankura is lifted. He also need not report to the Officer in charge of Bankura Cyber Crime Police Station as was directed by the order granting bail. 5.

All other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. 6.

IA CRAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.
