According to the learned advocate, some of the accused persons are on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

I have taken into account the complicity of Motilal Das and Pratima Das who are on bail.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been enlarged on bail, as such, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Motilal Das in CRM (M) 310 of 2026.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Srinivas Das @ Srinibas Das] is Allowed.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1022 of 2026 is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
