From the inspection report that has been filed by the Sub-Assistant Engineer, South Dum Dum Municipality it appears that there are deviations in the construction made by the private respondents. The South Dum Dum Municipality is directed to take steps against the deviations that have been made by the respondent nos. 7 to 9 in accordance with law. Reasonable opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner and the private respondents. Reasoned order shall be passed at the earliest but positively within

twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and the same shall be communicated to all the parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
