Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that with passage of time, the purpose for which the present application for transfer was filed before this Court has become infructuous as the main proceedings have been concluded before the jurisdictional court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, the revisional application is infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1303 of 2021 is disposed of by treating the same as infructuous. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
