I have considered the representation of the petitioner advanced to the Lake Town Police Station. Having considered the same, I am of the view that no case for invoking the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out.

Petitioner will approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate reliefs under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9375 of 2023 is disposed of.
