A report has been filed by the Assistant Director, S.W.M.-I Borugh-V, Executive Engineer (Civil)/S.W.M.-I and the Executive Engineer (Civil) S.W.M.-I, Kolkata Municipal Corporation signed on 5th January, 2023 wherein it has been mentioned that encroachment which was revealed has since been removed with the help of the police authority on 4th January, 2023. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners admit the removal of the encroachment.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The report given by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is taken on record.
