Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are similarly placed as other accused person who has been granted bail on 25.02.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 327 of 2026.
As none appears for the DRI Authority, Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das, learned advocate, empanelled with the Union of India, is directed to represent the DRI Authority. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.
Learned advocate for the DRI Authority opposes the prayer for bail.
I have taken into account the accusations in the complaint and I am of the opinion that prima facie, the present petitioners are similarly placed as other accused person viz. Md. Imran alias Imran who has been granted bail
in CRM(NDPS) 327 of 2026. As such, I direct that the present petitioners be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 327 of 2026.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.
The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 912 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
