The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondent no.11 is disturbing the petitioner in providing Cable Television Network facilities to a particular area as per the certificate granted to the petitioner on 17th February, 2020. The petitioner has made at least two representations to the Pradhans of the two concerned Gram Panchayats for looking into the issue. These representations were made in August, 2021 and have not been responded to.

Learned counsel appearing for the State hands up a correspondence from the Inspector-in-Charge of Tamluk Police Station, Purba Medinipur, to the learned Government Pleader on 28th December, 2021 stating

that there has not been any breach of peace in the area over the issue.

Since the letter handed over does not mention or refer to the representations made by the petitioner, the respondent nos.8 & 9 being the Pradhan, Bishnubar-II and the Pradhan, Bishnubar-I shall consider the representations made by the petitioner on 13th August, 2021 and 26th August, 2021 respectively and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after hearing all relevant parties. The State respondents shall proceed in accordance with law and furnish a copy of the reasoned order to the petitioners within a week from the date of such reasoned order.

W.P.A.10479 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
