Accordingly, upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A. No. 9048 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, that is, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as annexed at page 27 of the writ petition (Annexure P-3), within four

weeks from date upon giving appropriate opportunity to the petitioner and other concerned parties, if any, to be heard and/or to present their case before the said authority.

Upon coming to a decision on the said representation, respondent no. 2 shall communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously thereafter as possible.

It is made clear that the decision arrived at by the respondent no. 2 shall disclose the reasons for coming to such conclusion.

It is also made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the respective contentions of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
