The record reflects that the petitioner has made a prayer to issue a direction to the Board of Administrators of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to resume function and also to prohibit the respondent authorities from declaring any election or process relating to election of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

After filing this petition the elections of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation were notified and have already been held.

Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
