The petitioner's allegation with regard to the unauthorised construction at the relevant premises appears to be baseless.

The report filed by the Corporation makes it clear that at the relevant premises a sanctioned plan for construction of a B+G+16 storied building was granted by the Corporation.

Accordingly, I find no merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 10193 of 2024 is dismissed.
