Upon clarification been sought for from the respective learned Advocates, Mr. Jaharlal De, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that though in presentation form and cause title of the writ petition the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963 has been quoted but as the matter pertains to Madhyamik Shiksha Kendra (MSK) this Court has the determination to take up the matter.
