Jishnu Chowdhury has obtained instruction on behalf of the State. It appears that the investigation into the Palashipara Police Station Case No. 32 of 2021 has been completed and a final report in the form of FRT has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Counsel for the petitioner may contact Mr.

Chowdhury for particulars of the final report and he shall be at liberty to take steps, inter alia, in the form of naraji against such final report. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
