1. Petitioner appears in person.

2. Petitioner seeks quashing of an order passed by the jurisdictional Court by which, the jurisdictional Court accepted the police report and disposed of the criminal case.

3. There are civil disputes between the petitioner and the private opposite parties. A civil suit is pending with regard to the immovable property concerned.

4. Initially in the case, the police filed a report stating of mistake as to fact. The compliant, on the prayer of the petitioner, was directed to be reinvestigated. On reinvestigation, the police did not find commission of cognizable offence.

5. This report was accepted by the Court by the order impugned.

6. Jurisdictional Court rightly accepted the police report as the complaint does not disclose commission of a cognizable offence.

7. In such circumstances, I find no material irregularity in the order impugned.

8. CRR/1944/2025 is dismissed.
