Mr. Sobhan Majumder... for the HMC At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation is prayed for. However, Howrah Municipal Corporation is represented by learned advocate. Same situation prevailed on 13th April, 2023.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

It has been pointed out by the learned advocate representing the Howrah Municipal Corporation that Mr. Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate and Mr. Sobhan Majumder, learned advocate appeared on behalf of Howrah Municipal Corporation in this writ petition on 13th April, 2023 but inadvertently names of some other advocates have been transcribed giving the corporation an impression that those two learned advocates represented the Howrah Municipal Corporation. Let names of Mr. Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate and Mr. Sobhan Majumder, learned advocate be incorporated in the array of the names of learned advocates representing the HMC in the order dated 13th April, 2023.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order dated 13th April, 2023.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
