It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners that though their names were implicated in an application filed under Section 178 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, but subsequently, the defacto complainant withdrew their names by filing an application dated 10th May, 2022 and the said application was allowed by the learned Court below on 20th June, 2022. Their names have been expunged from that case. Petitioners do not wish to proceed with the case. The petitioners are no more interested to proceed with this case. Hence, CRR 1699 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Consequently, application, if any, is thus disposed of.

A copy of the order be sent to the learned court below immediately.
