Report filed by the State also indicates that he expired on 28th January, 2024. His death certificate is also annexed. Under the above circumstances, his case may be dropped as he was alleged accused in the instant case.

Under the above circumstances, instant revisional application being CRR 1698/2022 is thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Consequently, applications, if any, are thus disposed of.

A copy of the order be sent to the learned court below immediately.
