The charge against the petitioner is one of kidnapping for ransom. The petitioner had approached this Court praying for bail earlier. By an order dated March 15, 2021 passed in CRM 762 of 2021, the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected. We do not find any apparent change in circumstances since the last rejection of the petitioner's prayer for bail. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing has progressed since March, 2021.

We request the learned Trial Judge to expedite the trial of the case as much as possible and to the extent the business of the Court may permit and bring the trial to an early conclusion. The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM No. 3710 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
