It is submitted petitioners were not able to arrange local sureties. Accordingly, they failed to appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

Ms. Trina Mitra, learned Advocate is requested to appear on behalf of the State. Copy of the application be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the State. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we modify the condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioners and direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two registered sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting officer. Petitioners shall appear before the trial court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall, however, remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.
