1. Although sufficient grounds are not available to condone the delay in filing the review application, this Court in the interest of justice, condones the delay in filing the review application being RVW 116 of 2025.

3. This Court has heard Mr. Saptansu Basu, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant on the grounds of reviewing order dated 22nd August, 2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. This Court finds that there is no error apparent on the face of record nor has any new material brought, hitherto unavailable to the applicant. The clarification sought of the order is deemed quite unnecessary by this Court.

5. Hence, RVW 116 of 2025 shall stand dismissed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
