The prayer for bail made by the petitioner no.1, who is the husband, has been rejected on three occasions earlier by this Court. The prayer for bail made by the petitioner no.2, who is the father-in-law of the victim lady, has been rejected on four occasions by this Court.

We have seen the material in the Case Diary. There is a dying declaration of the victim lady which clearly implicates the petitioners.

In view of the previous rejections and also in view of the nature and gravity of the offence and the material on record, we are not inclined to allow this application.

Accordingly, the application for bail being C.R.M. 3712 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, we are told that witness action has begun. Five out of 14 witnesses have already been examined. We request the learned trial Court to bring the trial to a conclusion as early as the business of the Court may permit.
