..... Petitioners Mr. Anisur Rahaman .... for the Petitioners Ms. Zareen N. Khan, Ms. Manisha Sharma ...for the State. The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners are the wives of Shyomal Mondal and Binoy Mondal, who are the principal accused. The FIR named accused persons are already in custody.

We further record that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the application for anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioner no. 1 as because the petitioner no. 1 has already been arrested by the police and was granted bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as not pressed.

Considering the role ascribed to the petitioner no.2 in the commission of the offence, we are prima facie satisfied that she is not required for any custodial interrogation.

In the event of arrest the petitioner no. 2 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or the investigating officer of the case.

The aforesaid order shall be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. CRM 6415 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
